Are you a busy mom looking for a delicious and easy bake recipe to impress your guests or treat your family?

It is a great recipe if you invite your friends over for afternoon tea, dinner or you want a weekend treat. It has only few ingredints and the prep time is no longer than 20 minutes. It requires 40-45 minutes in the oven and can be served within 10 mintes from taking it out of the oven.

Raspberry Cake for Busy Moms

This Mom Approved Recipe is not too sweet and the rasberry are a beautiful addition to a light dessert.

Ingredients:

6 Eggs

6 Spoons of Sugar

6 Spoons of Flour

6 Spoons of Vegetable Oil

1 tbs Baking Powder

Few drops of Vanilla Flavour

1 Drop of Salt

Preparation time: 20 Minutes

Baking: 40-45 Minutes on 160 Degrese

To get you started, here are a few simple steps:

  1. Start by separating the albumen and yolk in two different bowls. It is ideal if the eggs are at room temperature.

  2. Use a mixer for the albumens and mix them until the white foamy mix is firm. In order to check if it is ready, try turning the bowl upside down.

  3. Mix the yolk gently with the sugar, oil, salt and baking powder.

  4. Mix the ingredients from Step 3 and 2. Add the flour using gentle moves.

5. Pour the mix into a baking tray (It is my favourite tray for this type of sponge cakes) and add the rasberries on top.

6. Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 160 Degrese.

We hope you and your family enjoys this easy recipe.
