Potato and Sausage Recipe that beats the restaurant next door

Your family will love this Potato and Sausage Recipe. You can use vegetarian sausages or Polish Sausages from the European section in Tesco and Sainsbury.

Traditional Romanian Potato and Sasages Recipe

Ingredients:

2 White Onions

2 Polish Smoked Sausages (alternatively use vegetarian sausages of your choice)

4 White Potatoes

Parsley


Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 20 Minutes


How to prepare:


  1. Start by chopping the onions. Add a drop of oil and fry the onion until turns golden.

  2. Boil the potatoes in a separate pot.

  3. Cut the Sausages in small pieces and add them to the frying pan. Let them fry for about 10 minutes together with the onion and stop the fire until the potatoes are ready.

  4. Add the potatoes to the pan with a handful of chopped fresh parsley and pepper if you like.

  5. If you have another 5 minutes to spare, in a separate pan, add a few spoons of Potato and Sausages Dish and cover in grated mozarella. Cook until the cheese begins to melt. Once it's ready, carefully use a plate to flip it over, allowing the previously bottom side to become nice and crunchy on top.
