Home food is too good to last and even more with these delicious Turkey Meatballs.
Ingredients:
500 grams Mince Turkey
Parsley - as generous as you like
10 Mushrooms
1 Egg
4- 5 Slices of Sourdough Bread soaked in water and drained by hand
Salt and Pepper
Mix all ingredients and make flat meatballs to cook quicker. Make sure you flip them often and don’t set the cooker on too high (on electric Hob I use 7.5).
If served in a wrap on a Friday Evening, you can add mustard, mayo, ketchup, gherkins, fries and cheese.
On a regular day, it can be served with salad only or mash potato for a heavier meal.
